Health Insurance Program

Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of
hire if working more than 20 hours per week.

MRHC
pays a portion of the premium for full-time and
part-time employees. (Premiums are part of our
cafeteria plan so you do not pay federal, state or FICA
taxes on these premiums, but you need to enroll in the
cafeteria plan.)
Life Insurance Program
-
$10,000
term insurance.
-
Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of
hire if working more than 20 hours per week.

100% of
the premium paid by MRHC for all employees working over
20 hours per week. (Must sign up to receive this
benefit!)

An
additional $40,000 can be purchased by the employee on
themselves using pre-tax dollars as part of the
cafeteria plan but you must sign up to receive it
pre-tax.

Term
dependent life is available on your spouse and children
at affordable group rates. These premiums are not
pre-tax.
Dental Insurance Program
(through Trustmark Insurance Company)

Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of
hire if working more than 20 hours per week.

100% of
the premium paid by the employee.

Can
select either single, employee & spouse, or family
coverage - priced per child. (Premiums are part of our
cafeteria plan so you do not pay federal, state or FICA
taxes on these premiums, but you need to enroll.)
401(k) Retirement Plan
-
MRHC matches 50% up to an employee 6% contribution.

Employees can sign up and participate after one year of
employment at MRHC - new employee enrollment is on
January 1st and July 1st each year.

Employees can select from seven American Express mutual
funds.
Section 125 Cafeteria
Plan
-
Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire.

Childcare payroll deduction limitations must meet IRS
guidelines.

Reimbursement to employees through their regular bi-weekly
payroll after appropriate documentation.

Annual sign-up is January 1st of each year, and employees
must sign up each year. (Employees can change
deductions during the year only if there is a change in
family status.)
Long Term
Disability Insurance (through CNA Insurance Company)
-
All full-time employees eligible the first of the month
following 30-days of hire.

100% of the premium paid by MRHC.
-
90-calendar day elimination period for coverage.
