The Physicians and Certified Physician Assistants of the Manning Regional Healthcare Clinic are on staff at Manning Regional Healthcare Center (Manning Hospital) providing patients of this area with 24-hour medical care at the clinic, the hospital, the Manning Plaza, the Manilla Manor and Manning Family Recovery Center. Tracy L. Kahl, D.O.
Dr. Kahl joined the practice in August 2003. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Her special interests include women’s health, obstetrics, children’s health, minor procedures including colposcopy, sports medicine and preventive medicine for all ages. |

Douglas McLaws, D.O.
Dr. McLaws returned to the clinic in June, 2011. He is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. His experience ranges from OB to geriatrics and also includes pedriatric and adolescent medicine. His special interests include preventative medicine, vasectomy, colonoscopy, endoscopy and obstetrics. |

Susan Hornback, D.O.
Dr. Hornback completed medical school at Des Moines University. She also graduated from the Iowa Lutheran Hospital Residency Program where she was awarded the Dr. Greg Smith scholarship for compassion, competence and excellent bedside manner. She has seventeen years of healthcare experience. |

Nancy joined the Manning Regional Healthcare Clinic as a Certified Physician Assistant in January 2002. Her special interests include urgent care, chronic disease management and substance abuse/addiction. |

Anissa J. Irlmeier, P.A.-C.
Anissa joined the Manning Regional Healthcare Clinic team in February 1995 as a Certified Physician Assistant. Her special interests include healthcare for all ages, women’s health, pediatrics, mental health and diabetes education and management. |

Ryan Sharp, PA-C
Ryan is a Certified Physician’s Assistant and graduated from the University of Nebraska. He practices family medicine and has extensive experience in orthopedics. |

Kecia Cowden, RN, MSN, PCM, ARNP, NP-BC
Kecia received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2006. In 2009, she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University. Kecia is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a board member of the Iowa Nurses Association.
Kecia joined the Manning Regional Healthcare Clinic professional staff in November 2010, as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. |
