Wellness Clinic – November

Join us on the second Friday of every month from 7:30-8:30am for the Wellness Clinic. Walk-ins welcome, appointments appreciated.
Exam options include:
- $30 Blood Pressure
- Lipid Screening (Cholesterol Results)
- Basic Metabolic Panel
- Complete Blood Count
- TSH (Thyroid Screening)
- $30 PSA (Prostrate Screening)
- $30 Vitamin D Screening
Please fast for 12 hours prior to the blood draw and drink only water during that time.
