Senior Life Solutions at MRHC Named National Program Finalist of the Year

Manning, IA – Manning Regional Healthcare Center is pleased to announce that the Senior Life Solutions team has been named a national Program of the Year Award finalist.

To date, there are 90 Senior Life Solutions programs across 26 states nationally.  Top performing programs are recognized annually based on their excellence in demonstrating the program’s values of care, compliance, and community. This year, five individuals and programs received this significant recognition and 10 programs were named a finalist. Award recipients demonstrated outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement.    

MRHC’s Senior Life Solutions Program Director, Janet Brus, RN, shared, “We are very humbled and surprised to receive this award. We love working with the patients, knowing we’re making a difference in people’s lives and when the patients can come here and meet new friends it’s really a warm feeling.”

Manning Regional Healthcare Center’s Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient group therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of senior adults struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety that can sometimes be age-related. Manning’s program staff include Amy Hull, therapist, Cathy Dammann, office and patient coordinator, and Janet Brus.
