Jen Morris, PHARMD

Director of Pharmacy

Jen Morris, PharmD, serves as Director of Pharmacy at Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC), where she is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care for patients throughout the community. A graduate of Drake University, Jen began her career working at Manning Pharmacy while also serving as a contract employee at MRHC for 12 years. Her experience in both retail and hospital pharmacy has given her a unique perspective on patient care and medication management, helping bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and care at home.

Since becoming Director of Pharmacy in 2018, Jen has played an important role in overseeing medication safety, collaborating with providers, and supporting pharmacy operations across the hospital. She is passionate about advancing rural healthcare access and values the supportive, team-oriented culture at MRHC. As someone who grew up in the community, Jen finds fulfillment in caring for patients close to home and helping ensure local families continue to have access to quality healthcare services.
