Sierra Thompson, NP-C

Dermatology

Sierra Thompson provides dermatology services at MRHC once a month. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She specializes in dermatology and has additional experience in family care, surgery, med-surg, and long-term care. 

Sierra obtained her Master’s Degree of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Briar Cliff University in 2023. Her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees of Nursing were both obtained from St. Luke’s College of Nursing in Sioux City, Iowa. Sierra is married, has two children, and lives on a farm in small-town Iowa. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and gardening.
