The MRHC Family Practice Clinic has trusted providers to care for the whole family. We work with you in screening, preventing, and managing chronic diseases like diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure and heart disease. Our clinic offers extended hours into the early evening during the week and Saturday morning hours to accommodate busy schedules. Here at MRHC, we offer our patients convenient care close to home. To better meet your healthcare needs, more same-day appointments are offered by Sara Vitito, ARNP. This provides more convenient and accessible appointment options, allows our primary care providers to focus on their patients, and improves the overall patient experience. With a dedicated provider focused on seeing sick patients, we anticipate having more availability when you or your family need it most. Wellness Clinic

Join us on the second Friday of every month from 7:30-8:30am for the Wellness Clinic. Walk-ins welcome, appointments appreciated.

Exam options include:

$30 Blood Pressure
Lipid Screening (Cholesterol Results)
Basic Metabolic Panel
Complete Blood Count
TSH (Thyroid Screening)
$30 PSA (Prostrate Screening)
$30 Vitamin D Screening

*Please fast for 12 hours prior to the blood draw and drink only water during that time.

Admissions

The MRHC Clinic admissions is in the main lobby, just inside the front doors. Upon check-in, please have a form of identification, current proof of insurance and a co-pay, if applicable, ready. If you have a pre-scheduled appointment for registration, it is important that you arrive on time. Patients who are more than ten minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
